Return Policy - It is extremely rare for us to have blood donor gifts returned to us. Our first concern is always to figure out what caused the return to make sure that we address the problem. If we cannot satisfy your concern with a particular item, we will make every attempt to work with you to find an alternate solution. For blood donor gifts that we carry in stock, if the item has not been used or damaged, we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. For custom blood service promotional items that have been customized with your logo, message or shape, we will not be able to make a refund on the merchandise, as it cannot be used for any other situation. Blood drop costumes cannot be returned.

Cancellation Policy - For all items that are special orders not normally in stock or are being customized with your logo, message or shape, once the order has been placed and you have approved of the artwork, a fee of the greater of 50% of the price of the order or the cost of the work already completed will be charged to cover the cost of the labor already in process.
